Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Click the 'My Account' link in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or request a return link at the bottom left of the home page.
- A customer account would have been created for you automatically when you made your purchase.
- In the email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store if necessary.
- Click Request return.
- If your return is approved you will receive further instructions via email.
- If your return is not approved, you will receive an email setting out the reason.
- After the product is returned, you will receive a refund to your original payment method or a new item will be sent if exchange is agreed.

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In an unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging where possible with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift vouchers
- Discounted items (if applicable when advised)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, let us know within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchases for most items for Australian customers only. Once the exchange request is approved and original item received, new item/s over the value of $100.00 will be shipped to you free of charge provided return items are received in their original new condition. Items under $100.00 will attract a minimum $10.95 postage charge.
Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges.
Any requested exchanges that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a shop credit or refund.
We can only offer an exchange of size. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you can return for a refund and place a new order right away for the items you wish to receive instead.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit through gift voucher or customer discount code
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.

REFUNDS
- Refunds are offered on all orders (unless sale items as stipulated) within 30 days of issue of goods.
- Goods to be returned in new condition and unworn with tags attached.
- Depending on your payment method the funds may take 7-10 business days to clear back into your account.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
