The year is certainly getting away from us as we are in full swing (pardon the pun) into our winter competitions and pennants.
We are always looking to assist our customers here at GWOC and one way to do this is to ensure that we have a seamless returns process for you. We have recently upgraded our self-service return to include an easy way to request an exchange item as well as to simply obtain a refund. Just click the ‘book a return’ link at the bottom left of the home page to commence the process. You will be asked to enter a one time access code which will be sent to you via your registered email and the rest is easy peasy. We are always happy to help if you need to contact us via the message app from the home page as well.
Also included for a short time is an extra saving for GWOC customers on shipping expenses. As always, we have included discounts for both regional and international customers but free shipping has been reduced to purchases of $80 and above within Australia.
